The Local has full bar service with 14 draft beers (domestic and micro) always on tap. Our bar also features bottled beer, wine, spirits and saké. We have different kinds of hand-selected saké from various regions of Japan, as well as a variety of flavored sake and sake cocktails.

If you're in the mood for something more tame, we have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages as well.

What is sake? Sake is a unique beverage that is brewed from Rice, Water, Yeast & Koji.  Sake pairs exceptionally well with all cuisines of the world and is one of the most healthful alcoholic beverages that is naturally sulfite free, has no measurable glucose and is low in measurable carboyhydrates and acid.  Our Sake selection was made to provide the ultimate paring of flavors with our Sushi.

The Local serves a large selection of premium chilled sake from Japan. The breweries produce the meticulous hand-brewed steps required for delicious traditional sake. Smooth, dry sake will enhance any cuisine on any occasion. Countless years of tradition are captured in every bottle and every distinctive taste of pure rice sake.
